Solution

DataSelfService solution consist of 2+1 components: the d-Cube edge device/s that securely acquire data, the cloud solution that securely transfers and store the data and the optional visualisation and notification platform that can be provided by DataSelfService or built by the Client.

  • It’s an embedded device (120x120x50mm), which is installed next to the system from which you want to acquire your data;
  • Connectivity: data can be transferred through any connection (wired ethernet, WiFi, mobile data) or through a USB pen;
  • Data source: Modbus (master RTU RS-485/RS-232, TCP), Siemens Simatic Open TCP / IP Communication, NMEA-2000, MySQL (beta: Modbus Sniffer, OPC-UA, NMEA-0183);
  • The device is compatible with the industrial environment (wide temperature range, strong resistance to vibrations).
  • The data are transferred via the Internet to the Cloud database, where it remains available for viewing or downloading;
  • There is almost no limit to the number of data that can be downloaded and viewed;
  • Data transfer and the data acquisition devices are secure and certified;
  • Download your data in CSV format when needed.
  • The data can be used via the d-board platform;
  • Users can edit their own dashboards;
  • You can view data on both desktop and mobile devices;
  • You can create customized notifications sent, for example, via Telegram enabling you to act as soon as you see deviations.

How to get started

  • Provide sufficient datasources configuration information;
  • Order your d-Cube;
  • DataSelfService will shortly deliver to your installation the pre configured d-Cube;
  • Install and connect the device device yourself;
  • Visualise immediately your data (desktop and mobile), create your control panels, automatic notifications, and automatic reports;
  • Download your data when needed;
  • DataSelfService is also willing to provide Customers with customised reporting services based on their needs;
  • Data is stored in the cloud with yearly subscription. Alternatively, data can be stored on Customers’ infrastructure.
